By opting in to or using a Text Message Service from Rebel Connect, you agree to these Text Messaging Terms and Conditions.
This agreement is between you and Rebel Connect or one of its affiliates. All references to "Rebel Connect", "we", "our", or "us" refer to Rebel Connect.

2. Definitions


For purposes of this Text Messaging Service:


"Opting In", "Opt In", and "Opt-In" refer to requesting, joining, agreeing to, enrolling in, signing up for, acknowledging, responding to, or otherwise consenting to receive one or more text messages.


"Text Message Service" includes any arrangement in which Rebel Connect sends one or more messages to your mobile phone number, including SMS, MMS, or future messaging technologies.


3. Consenting to Text Messaging


By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages, you consent to receive text messages from Rebel Connect.


These messages may include:

  • Service updates

  • Customer support communications

  • Installation or appointment notifications

  • Promotional messages where prior consent has been provided

Message frequency may vary depending on your interaction with Rebel Connect services.


8. Opting Out of Text Messages


If you no longer want to receive text messages, you may reply to any message with STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE.


After unsubscribing, you will receive confirmation of your opt out via text message.


Once you opt out, you will no longer receive SMS communications from Rebel Connect unless you provide consent again.


Opt-out requests apply to the Rebel Connect messaging campaign and will remove you from receiving further SMS communications from Rebel Connect.
